  • Working as a Professor of CSE at JNTUK and holding responsibility as a Special Officer- Web Development Centre and Digital Monitoring Cell, JNTUK.
  • Received Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Computer Science & Engineering from Bangalore University, Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Computer Science from JNTU Hyderabad and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science & Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
  • An Infosys and IBM-trained faculty having good academic experience and research knowledge.
  • Authored 07 books and 06 book Chapters. Published 131 scientific papers in various International Journals and Conference proceedings. He is a Reviewer of 10 International Journals like IEEE, IGI, Springer etc., an Editor of 07 international Journals, and an Editorial board member of 15 International Journals. He has been the Technical Program Committee member for 86 International conferences.

  • Received Best Professor, Best Academic Researcher, and Best Computer Science Faculty at ASDF global awards in 2013, 2014 and 2015 respectively. Received the “Uttam Acharya (Best Faculty)” award by Indian Servers in association with Lions Club International, Telangana IT Association and Information Technology Companies Association of Andhra Pradesh in 2019. Received “Outstanding Scientist” award during the International Scientist Awards on Engineering, Science and Medicine held on 28 & 29- August 2021 at Trivandrum, India.
  • Supervising 12 PhD Scholars and Co-Supervising 08 PhD Scholars at JNTUK. Six PhDs have been awarded
  • Visited Countries like the USA, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Nepal and Somalia for Academic and Research related activities
  • He is a member of almost 27 National and International professional organizations including IEEE, ACM, CSI, ISTE, IEI, IETE, CRSI, ISCA etc.; he has chaired 26 International Conferences and given 77 invited talks at various organizations & conferences within and out of India.
  • Participated in 78 FDPs/Workshops/ Conferences/Webinars and organized 36 FDPs/Workshops/ Conferences.
  • Research area includes Data Security, Password Authentication, Cyber Security, Cloud Privacy, IOT Security and Digital Forensics. He has Special interest in Research Tools, E-learning, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), Open Source Tools and Edu-Tech Tools.
